All our staff in this department are registered with the Institute of Professional Valuers and most of them with over 10 years’ experience in their specialty. The department is headed by Mr. Yasin Bogezi, who has served on the boards of numerous property owning companies with his main function being property valuation.

At Higher View Properties, we manage the valuation needs of corporate clients, private investors, financial and educational institutions as well as listed funds. We are located in Kampala, Uganda and carry out valuations in all parts of Uganda and other countries* where we operate.
Discounted cash flow valuations are carried out on larger portfolios and listed funds.
